1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Trading FX Academy ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

Trading FX Academy provides educational content related to forex and cryptocurrency trading. The Platform offers structured courses, interactive lessons, quizzes, progress tracking, and certification. All content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Content Usage

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Trading FX Academy or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may access and use the content solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or other users' accounts; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure; (d) use automated means to access the Platform without permission; (e) share account credentials with others; or (f) use the Platform to distribute malware or harmful content.

6. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. THE EDUCATIONAL CONTENT ON THIS PLATFORM IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, LEGAL, OR TAX ADVICE. TRADING INVOLVES SUBSTANTIAL RISK OF LOSS. PAST PERFORMANCE IS NOT INDICATIVE OF FUTURE RESULTS.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRADING FX ACADEMY AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

8. Subscription and Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
